It’s my birthday this weekend. I have half the weekend off from the day-job, though not the entire weekend.

I know there won’t be a cake that looks like this, but there will be cake of some sort. Something yummy with icing (after all, why bother having cake if there’s no icing?) and possibly frozen yogurt to top it off.
My birthday gift to myself is a lovely massage at my favorite massage place in our mall, writing time, and a campy shark movie marathon. Who can resist an awful SyFy movie? Not me, for sure. I do think I’ll have to bribe my kids to watch with me, but that’s okay.
